> Finally someone made an offer on our house! It was shown for the first time yesterday and she came back today for a second look and made an offer. We are going to counter offer because she wants all window treatments and we can't part w the ones in the sunroom, which we got on our honeymoon in Germany! But, u know how I love birds and I think this hawk was blessing our tree and home and saying a final farewell.
